I'm a husband, a dad, a person of faith, an entrepreneur, and someone who believes that the most important part of financial planning is the person sitting across the table.

My family is at the center of my world.
My wife, Melissa, and I have built a life around family, faith, work, and serving others. We're proud parents of three children, and our home has included a few four-legged family members along the way. Some of my favorite memories are simply being together; others come from the places we've been fortunate enough to experience around the world.
I was born in New Philadelphia, Ohio. My journey has taken me from small-town roots to financial services, entrepreneurship, public speaking, and working with people from many different backgrounds. Those experiences taught me something important: a person's financial picture never tells their whole story.
Money decisions are personal. They involve your spouse, children, career, hopes for retirement, responsibilities, and the things you want to leave behind. That's why I want to know what matters to you before we start talking about investments or strategies.
I've faced challenges, too.
I've known seasons when the next step wasn't obvious. I've experienced discouragement, setbacks, and the work of starting again. My faith and the people closest to me have helped shape how I respond: keep learning, keep moving, and don't lose sight of what matters.
That perspective follows me into client conversations. You don't have to arrive with every answer or a perfectly organized financial life. You can come with questions, a major decision, or the feeling that something needs to change. We start there.

I've worked in financial services since 2008, including experience with established financial institutions and advisory relationships. I've also worked in executive leadership, business consulting, mentoring, and entrepreneurship. I've spent years speaking and working with people from different industries and cultures.
Today, through AlignX Financial Services, I help people evaluate retirement income, investment management, financial planning, and business decisions. I am an independent investment advisor affiliated with Brookstone Capital Management, LLC, where I serve as an Investment Advisor Representative. I believe the best place to begin is a real conversation—not a product presentation.
I'm based in Greentown, Indiana, and work with clients across the United States where permitted by applicable registration and licensing requirements.
