Who Am I ?

Living My Life With Purpose & Helping Others Do the Same

That beautiful life that I live is everything to me, because I know that coaching and mentoring needs to come from a place of substance. I have worked in public speaking for 28 years, in mentoring for 25 years, in executive management for 12 years, in financial and investment management for 12 years, in real estate, in entrepreneurship, and in small business ownership. I have mentored executives at world-class organizations such as JP Morgan, PNC Bank, Wells Fargo, McDonald's, Arby's, Wendy's, and various faith based organizations> I have seen firsthand a surprising but immutable fact – everyone is facing problems, no matter how successful they may seem from the outside looking in.

I am here to help people face their problems effectively and confidently. I will work with you to unlock your full potential so that you can do whatever it is that you want to do with your life – and do it well. A happy husband and a proud father of three (seven if you count the dogs and the cats), I am passionate about fulfilling my God-given purpose, living my own beautiful life, and showing you how to construct one of your own!

Throughout my existence on this earth, I have faced one challenge after another. Were there times that I felt discouragement? Yes, absolutely. In the face of adversity, though, I never lost faith in God or confidence in my ability to push forward. That is the principle upon which I have built my reputation as a personal life coach, entrepreneur, international speaker, and author. It is because I have refused to let any difficulties stand between me and my goals that I have become adept at helping others do the same. The whole process is deeply personal, of course, and it comes down to the person or people in front of me in each moment.

Let me give you some background about myself before I go any deeper into this process. My name is Eric Hall. Born in New Philadelphia – think Ohio, not the Liberty Bell – I have always felt myself drawn toward coaching and motivational work. There is something deeply exciting to me about knowing that I have helped someone reach their full potential and bring their dreams to life, and whatever role I can play, I am always enthusiastic. From personal challenges to professional aspirations, there is no dream too small or too big for me, no path too narrow or too winding. The way that I see it, building people up is my calling in life, and I am proud to respond however I can.

Back to my process: as a coach and mentor, I put a premium on communication. Talking things out and determining where my clients are is paramount to the grand, lasting changes that I aim to effect. These tactics are still imperfect, but they are the tactics that work more consistently than any other. When I myself fail, I try to fail forward, which is a mindset that I am eager to spread. This is a mindset that views failures not as shortcomings but as steps toward success. Like I said, I too have experienced discouragement, and life has seemed harsh at times, but from the discouragement and the harshness, I have found lessons that have empowered me to live the beautiful life that I live today.
